This policy explains what information Rabbit Remodeling LLC collects through this website, how we use it and the choices you have.
Who we are

Information you give us
When you request an estimate, the form sends us:
- your name, phone number and ZIP code;
- the service you are interested in and your message, if you write one;
- your agreement to the processing of this information, and the wording of that agreement at the time you sent the form.
Information collected automatically
With your request we also save the page you sent it from, the first page you visited on our site, the website that referred you, and the campaign codes in the link that brought you here, if there were any (such as utm_source, gclid or fbclid). This tells us which of our ads or listings people respond to.
To remember those campaign codes between visits, the site stores them in your browser (local storage) for up to 90 days. They stay on your device unless you send the form.
We do not save your IP address with your request. To stop spam, the site keeps a short-lived, anonymized count of form submissions for about ten minutes.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
This site does not use cookies of its own for visitors. We may use Google Tag Manager to load tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook) pixel, which use cookies or similar technologies to measure visits and the results of our ads. These services handle that data under their own privacy policies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
We may use Cloudflare Turnstile on the form to check that it is sent by a person and not a bot.
How we use your information
- to contact you about your estimate request at the phone number you give us and schedule the on-site estimate;
- to prepare your quote and carry out the work you hire us for;
- to understand which ads and pages bring in requests and improve them.
We do not sell your personal information.
Your consent
The estimate form can be sent only after you check the box agreeing to the processing of your personal data. By checking it, you agree that we collect and use the information you send as this policy describes. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at (980) 420-1133 or rabbitremodelingllc@gmail.com; we will then delete your request unless we must keep it by law.
Who we share your information with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host, e-mail provider and the analytics and advertising tools described above, and only as needed for them to provide their service. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep your information
We keep estimate requests for as long as we need them to respond to you, provide the estimate and any work, and keep our business records. You can ask us to delete your request at any time.

Children
This website is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
